Dad

It's been just over 6 months since my dad passed away and my mother has already moved on. Meaning a new man, new wardrobe, new family. Actually, my mother moved on probably 2 months after my dad died. Could've been earlier but I started to take notice around Christmas. She spent Christmas Eve with us, her family, but on Christmas Day was apparently invited to spend time with his family. I think I have seen her less than 10 times since Christmas.

My mother's weekends are pretty much spent with him and his damn family. Or their friends. It seems to me she'd only ask to see me if she needed us to do something for her around her house. Get your f***** new man to do the shit for you.

I'd like to know, were her tears and grief real or were they all for show on the day we said goodbye to my dad?

Eleven days into the new cycle and my data allowance is already used up. No wonder I'm running on dial-up speed! I haven't made any major downloads so I'm baffled as to why I'm speed limited. Two more weeks and I'll be back to my normal speed!
